    I really like Pilates. You don’t feel too overworked while your doing it but you feel the burn the next day so you know you did your body good. I like the Denise Austin Pilates DVD. It’s great for beginners.

    Yes it really helps with toning and improving flexibility! But, it won’t make you drop pounds….you have to eat a healthy diet and get some aerobic exercise for that, like brisk walking or jogging. I have the Winsor Pilates DVDs and I love them.
