    Dear Cassey i would love to burn a lot of belly fat and i try doing your routines but halfway through by back hurts to the point i want to cry is that because that im doing them wrong or is it that i ust cant do them please let me know

    Very intense, it was hard, but worth it! Do you make up your own moves Cassey? They’re so fluid, I really like them and I’ve never seen any other pilates instructor do moves as good as yours.

    How do you manage to maintain w feminine belly with all these exercises? I mean I love working out but I don’t wanna grow a masculine 6 or 8 pack ab! Is there anything specific you do ??

    thanks! this was really great, but the last couple of workouts really hurt my tailbone (that sounds odd…) and I ended up leaning to one side. Is there anything to do about that?
